Quick answer
Most owners start with the 100ml hemp oil blend, given daily with food. If your dog is already on it, the 3-pack and 6-pack work out cheaper per bottle.
Joint comfort starts in the food bowl. This range is built on two oils that work together: cold-pressed hemp seed oil, which carries naturally occurring omega 3, 6 and 9 in the ratio dogs use well, and New Zealand hoki fish oil, which adds EPA and DHA.
What to look for
Look for a named omega source with a stated EPA and DHA content rather than a generic fish oil on the label. Look for packaging that protects the oil from light, since omega oils degrade with exposure. And look for a format your dog will actually eat every day, because the best supplement is the one that gets used. Nutritional support works alongside weight management, appropriate exercise and your vet's advice, not instead of them.
Hemp oil blend or plain hemp seed oil?
The blend adds hoki fish oil and MCT to a hemp nectar base, so it carries EPA and DHA as well as the plant omegas. Plain hemp seed oil is raw, cold-pressed nectar on its own, a simpler daily omega for dogs who do not take fish oil well, or for owners who prefer a single-ingredient product.
