Physical Products Policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It is unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@hemppet.com.au.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@hemppet.com.au and send your item to: HempPet, Po Box 360, Isle Of Capri QLD 4217, Australia.

Change of mind (if applicable)
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, HempPet will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:
- You return the item within 14 days of delivery to you;
- The item must not have been used, worn, altered, or damaged in any way including that it is in its original packaging. It is unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition.
Unfortunately we are unable to honour change of mind returns for International orders.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable for change of mind.
Return Shipping cost is also payable by customer.

Return Shipping
If you returning incorrectly sent item or damaged item due to transit, we will reimburse you for the return shipping cost or credit your account as per standard delivery charges on HempPet.com.au
In other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not offer free return and exchange shipping on International orders or selected oversized items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

HempPet reserves the right to deny a refund or credit if the product is returned in poor condition/broken due to improper packaging for transit back to us.

Return processing time (if applicable)
We will aim to process your exchange, credit note or refund within 1-4 working days of receiving the returned product. Once it has been processed you will receive an email notification. Please allow 2-5 working days for any refund(s) to show in your bank account.

Digital Product Policy

All digital products purchased from HempPet.com.au are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature. Upon purchase, customers are provided with a limited number of downloads, after which the product will no longer be accessible for re-download. It is the customer's responsibility to save and back up their digital purchases immediately after downloading. If you encounter any technical issues, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
